We closed on our first home today after exactly 10 days!!
We were already in contract with a different lender for 2 weeks before reaching out to Nhan when we needed a second option in case something happened. Despite the fact that we might end up staying with the original lender, Nhan got to work immediately on a Friday night and was able to let us know our options. At the end, we were offered even a better rate than before!

Nhan has gone above and beyond to help and guide us through the stressful process of first time home buying. Nhan kept us informed on every step of the way, updated us on the next steps, and was extremely responsive to all of our questions even on weekend.
