APR - Annual Percentage Rates

It is the interest rate for a whole year, rather than just a monthly fee/rate, as applied on a loan, mortgage loan, credit card, etc.

Closing Cost

This loan cost includes all loan costs associated with the loan such as: appraisal fees, title and escrow fees, credit report, notary, etc. Loan cost does not include prepaid items and escrow reserve if applicable.
